The Digital Resilience Bonus – up to $10,000 Payout for F&B and Retail businesses

The Digital Resilience Bonus (DRB) administered by IMDA is currently targeted at F&B and Retail businesses. It aims to assist with the digitization of these businesses by providing a payout of up to $10,000 for the adoption of solutions from approved vendors.

What is the Digital Resilience Bonus?
The Digital Resilience Bonus is a cash incentive paid out to Singapore businesses that adopt digital solutions to enhance and/or streamline their work processes. It is administered by the Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA) to help businesses in F&B and Retail go digital.
How is the payout like?
The full $10,000 incentive is paid over 3 categories of digital adoption listed below. However, as a base, the business has to adopt PayNow Corporate and be registered to the PEPPOL E-Invoicing Network.
For F&B Businesses
Category 1 ($2,500): Adoption of a pre-approved Accounting, HR and Digital Ordering System.
Category 2 ($2,500): Adoption of online food delivery or e-procurement solutions
Category 3 ($5,000): Data mining and analytics solutions
For retail businesses:
Category 1 ($2,500): Adoption of a pre-approved Accounting, HR and Inventory Management System
Category 2 ($2,500): Adoption of e-commerce solutions
Category 3 ($5,000): Data mining and analytics solutions
How can I apply for the payout?
Businesses need not apply for the payout. The respective solution vendors will inform IMDA on the business’s behalf.
First payouts will be made in August 2020. As a pre-requisite, the business must demonstrate the successful use of the solution in order to be eligible for the payout.
